These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TML Remittance Center Sdn Bhd ("TML") website, mobile application and money services. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1.Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of TML's website, mobile application and money services, including international remittance, money changing and wholesale currency business (collectively referred to as the "Services").

By accessing our website, using our mobile application or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies published by TML.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue the use of our Services.

2.Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Meet the minimum age requirement under applicable laws.
• Possess valid identification documents where required.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

TML reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services where eligibility requirements are not met.

3.Customer Registration and Verification

Customers may be required to complete registration and identity verification before using certain Services. You agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information.
• Update your information whenever changes occur.
• Cooperate with any verification requests made by TML.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, suspension or rejection of transactions.

4.Use of Services

Customers agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. The Services must not be used for:

• Terrorism financing.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Illegal transactions.
• Sanctions evasion.
• Any activity prohibited by applicable laws.

TML reserves the right to decline, suspend or terminate any transaction that appears suspicious or unlawful.

5.International Remittance

International remittance services are subject to:

• Destination country regulations.
• Recipient verification requirements.
• Applicable transaction limits.
• Availability of payment partners.
• Foreign exchange rates at the time of confirmation.

Transfer completion times are estimates only and may vary due to regulatory reviews, banking systems, public holidays or circumstances beyond TML's control.

6.Money Changing

Foreign currency exchange transactions are conducted based on the exchange rate available at the time the transaction is confirmed. Exchange rates are subject to change without prior notice. Once a money changing transaction has been completed, it may not be cancelled except where permitted by applicable law or approved by TML.

7.Wholesale Currency Business

Wholesale currency services are available only to eligible business customers and authorised counterparties, subject to TML's internal approval and regulatory requirements. Additional agreements may apply to wholesale customers.

8.Fees and Charges

Applicable service fees, commissions and charges will be disclosed before a transaction is confirmed. Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable fees before proceeding with any transaction.

9.Exchange Rates

Exchange rates displayed by TML are subject to change without notice. The exchange rate applicable to a transaction will be the rate confirmed at the time the transaction is accepted by TML. Displayed rates are for reference only unless otherwise stated.

10.Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate sender and recipient information.
• Reviewing transaction details before confirmation.
• Protecting account credentials and passwords.
• Reporting unauthorised activity immediately.
• Complying with applicable laws.

TML shall not be responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

11.Transaction Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation or refund requests are subject to verification, regulatory requirements and TML approval. Customers may be required to:

• Verify their identity.
• Submit supporting documents.
• Visit a TML branch where necessary.
• Complete refund documentation.

Refund requests may be rejected where:

• The transaction failure results from incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• The transaction has already been successfully processed, paid out or credited to the beneficiary.
• The cancellation or refund request is rejected by the receiving bank, payout partner, correspondent agent or any overseas financial institution.
• Regulatory restrictions or legal requirements prevent the cancellation or refund of the transaction.
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised activity is suspected or identified.

Applicable fees may not be refundable.

12.AML/CFT and Regulatory Compliance

TML complies with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) and Counter Proliferation Financing (CPF) laws and regulatory requirements. TML may:

• Request additional information or documentation.
• Delay or reject transactions for compliance purposes.
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.

Customers agree to cooperate with all compliance requirements.

13.Mobile Application

Customers using the TML Mobile App are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Ensuring their device is secure.
• Installing application updates when available.
• Immediately reporting any suspected unauthorised access.

TML may suspend access where security concerns arise.

14.Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, documents and materials remain the property of TML unless otherwise stated. No material may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

15.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TML shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:

• System interruptions.
• Banking delays.
• Network failures.
• Third-party service interruptions.
• Government actions.
• Events beyond TML's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16.Privacy

Personal information is collected, used and protected in accordance with TML's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our Services, customers consent to such collection, use and disclosure as described in the Privacy Policy.

17.Website Availability

While TML strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or mobile application. Maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

18.Changes to These Terms

TML reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
